Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to customer misuse or wear and tear.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@dysonlife.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Process
Contact our support team with your order details.
We will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions and the return address.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked as Final Sale.
Items that are used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and a description of the issue. We will send a replacement or offer a refund at no extra cost.
